Policies

·	NO SHOW NO CALL If you are not at home for your scheduled appointment or you have failed to provide a 48 hour notice to cancel your appointment, a fee of $50.00 will need to be paid before you may schedule another appointment.
·	30 MINUTE WINDOW I require a window either side of scheduled appointment. I may be able to arrive 30 minutes earlier or I may be 30 minutes late. The appointment before you may require extra time that was unpredictable or I may be delayed in traffic.
·	CANCELLATIONS Please consider my time and schedule. Cancel 48 hours ahead of time or a fee of $50.00 will need to be paid. Refer to the heading under NO SHOW above. I Understand certain situations arise but please call as soon as possible.
·	INCLEMENT WEATHER I will advise a.s.a.p if I am able to take my van onto the roads during snow and ice days, Appointments will be rescheduled if necessary at a day and time to suit everyone.
·	SERVICES - PAYMENT ALSO EXTRA FEES MAY ARISE Cash or checks to be paid at the time of service. Sales tax has to be paid. Extra fees for dematting (removing of knots),flea removal and bad behavior may be applied at the time of service.
·	RETURNED CHECKS A fee of $35.00 will apply to all checks that are returned.
